The M.Tech Construction Engineering and Management program at our university offers a comprehensive blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for addressing social, technological, financial, and environmental challenges in the construction industry. Over two years, this postgraduate program equips engineers and architects with the competence to excel in construction engineering and project management roles. Through a combination of theoretical coursework, seminars, and research, the curriculum aims to enhance students' conceptual and analytical abilities, fostering excellence in strategic planning and decision-making. Students develop proficiency in areas such as Project Management, Decision and Risk Analysis, Management Science, Information Technology, Lean Manufacturing and Optimization, and Supply Chain Management. With a focus on developing managerial skills, our program prepares students to meet the diverse demands of the engineering industry and emerge as effective strategists capable of driving organizational success.
Eligibility Criteria
A candidate seeking admission to M.E/MTech courses should be a graduate in relevant field of engineering/technology with at least 50% marks, 45% marks in case of categories belonging to SC/ST/OBC (excluding creamy layer) categories of Madhya Pradesh degree should be of minimum of four years duration should have been obtained from any AICTE approved institution.
Admission rules
Admissions in the course will be done on a Merit-basis, based on the marks achieved in the last qualifying exam and as per the eligibility criteria. Scholarships are also available for meritorious students and for those in need of financial aid.
